Tanner is an excellent parts man. He has knowledge and expertise to handle any situation. He is willing to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. He should be the parts manager. I always deal with Tanner, even waiting the next day to order parts if he is off. Gary, the parts manager, is not very personable. He needs some improvement on customer service skills.
