It was very disappointing when I was told that I had to bring my side x side in for the first service and would be charged $350. Also, knowing that I am 2 hours away. Not to mention that I was told at other places charge upwards to $650 or more. I went to RG Honda purchased the oil and filters. Then I asked how much would it cost me for the first service. Service manager said since Ive already bought the oil/filters and I did not buy the side x side there it would cost me $50. REALLY! Thanks Timbrook for treating me so good. NOT! Another thing, the service manager at RG Honda said it was not mandatory to bring the machine back to the dealer for the first service due to warranty purposes I could do the work myself document it and keep the receipts.
